Has your computer simply stopped working?

Perhaps you have installed a new piece of hardware or software and it no longer works the way you expect it to? Our No Fix—No Fee Repair Service is just for you. We can either come to your home or you can bring your PC to our offices. We will diagnose the fault and effect a repair, if possible. You pay a simple hourly rate for this and should we fail to fix it then you won’t be charged anything.

Does your computer seem to be running slower than it used to?

Maybe you are worried that you have a computer virus or your personal information may be exposed when you buy online? A Computer Health Check will ensure that your PC is in tip-top condition and operating at its full potential. Many things effect the performance of your PC, many of which can be fixed without the expense of extra hardware. As part of a Computer Health Check we also check the security of your computer and make sure it is not compromised in any way.

Computer Upgrades

Think you need to replace you Computer?

Sometimes the only solution is to replace your old computer, but before you do talk to us about upgrading your existing one. Often with a desktop PC it is possible to upgrade the internal parts for less than the cost of completely replacing everything.

With an Annual Maintenance Agreement you pay a small annual fee which gives you an annual Computer Health Check, annual Computer Security Check and access to our technical support telephone hotline for the rest of the year. Our low-cost Annual Maintenance Agreement gives you the peace of mind that allows you to get on with using your PC and leave the worrying to us.
